Brief Explanation Regarding Your Three Sets of Rights

First of all, you are given three different sets of rights. Here they are with brief explanation:

• Non-Transferable Private Label Rights

With non-transferable private label rights, you may claim ownership, edit the videos and the audio, and re-compile them into your own product. However, if you use this option, you MUST host all the videos on your server. You CANNOT point any of the video links to my server location. You may then resell the private label version of your videos. Your customers will not have any private label rights.

• Full Master Resale Rights

With full master resale rights, you may re-sell the products in the original format - .exe e-Books. Your customers will also have the same Master Resale Rights automatically. Using this option is the best if you do not want to use your server to host the videos. When you distribute only the .exe e-Books, the download links to the videos are all pointing to my own server, thus saving you server bandwith and space.

• Customization (Branding) Rights

With customization (branding) rights, you can customize or brand the e-Books (.exe) with your own name, website URL and affiliate links. Normally, this option is being used together with the Master Resale Rights. Once you have your e-Books customized (branded), you will then re-sell the videos and distribute YOUR customized (branded) e-Books to your customers.

1) Private Label Rights - Selling & Distributing The Product In Your Own Compiled Version

This section is for those who wish to make use of the Private Label Rights to the videos. (Using the videos in 'AVI' format)

1. Private Label Rights is only for you. You can't pass the Private Label Rights to anyone else.


2. Put your own name on the video series as the developer or owner - that's right. The Private Label Rights to the products allow you to claim ownership!


3. Edit the video contents - you can change the titles, edit or add the video contents, add or edit your own audio or voice-overs, etc


4. You can create your own e-covers and salesletter.


5. You MUST host all the videos on your own server. You CANNOT point any of your video download links to my server, under any circumstances.


6. Once you have compiled your own product version, it's totally up to you to decide on how to distribute the final product. However, you still cannot sell the Private Label Rights to your own product version unless substantial changes has been made to the product. Substantial changes constitute more than 50% of the product changes to the videos.
   
   So just by merely changing the product title, watermarking the videos, editing the salesletter, changing e-cover design & adding more bonuses do not constitute to 50% of the changes.

2) Master Resale Rights - Selling The Product In The Original e-Book Format

1. You CAN sell it with Master Resale Rights at any price you wish. The suggested selling price is $17.


2. You CAN add it into a membership site. (paid membership site)


3. You CAN add it into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price.


4. You CANNOT give the product away for FREE, under any circumstances at all. You must at least charge a nominal fee for these videos. This is needed to help retain the perceived value. (* except for a few video series - read the section on the bottom part of this page)


5. You CAN offer the product as a bonus to another product you are selling. However, you can offer other bonuses to this product when selling.


6. You CAN sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com.


7. You CAN put it onto data CD or DVD if you like to sell from your website, through a drop shipping program, or even offline through mail order.

1. You are responsible for customer service. Ameer Salim, Amazing Marketing & Private-Label-Rights-Videos.com will not be responsible for the lack or failure of your customer support to your customers.
   
   
2. You CANNOT use misleading marketing tactics, SPAM or any other illegal/unethical methods to market this product.
   
   
3. You CANNOT add, use or impersonate my name (Ameer Salim), business name (Amazing Marketing) or any other of my business or personal information to the product, sales copy and/or promotion campaigns. This product is for your own use, not mine.
   
   
4. All web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. In other words, NO porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.
   
   
5. Ameer Salim, Amazing Marketing & Private-Label-Rights-Videos.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.
   
   
6. Ameer Salim, Amazing Marketing & Private-Label-Rights-Videos.com has the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
   
   
7. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Singapore and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Singapore court for this purpose.
